Sant Pravah - A Namasankeerthanam presentation

ICAPS is proud to bring this thematic Carnatic based Namasankeerthanam concert showcasing the great saints of India, and their multi-lingual compositions. 

The specialty of this unique presentation is that the musicians introduce a Saint Composer briefly and followed by their composition, syncing the intro/katha & the composition. This offers Katha, Keerthanam & Sankeerthanam all on one stage & in one program.

Varnam & Thillana Festival : Schedule of Events

 We cordially invite one and all to join us for this all day event on March 23rd, 2024. 

Teachers and students of various local music and dance schools have prepared to present a variety of compositions in this genre. The demonstrations and discussions surrounding such compositions will be very informative and enlightening. It is a highly recommended viewing for the students of these artforms.

February ICAPS: Kuchipudi Recital by students of Sri Sai Dance Academy

This month, as part of the monthly ICAPS series, students of Sri Sai Dance Academy will present a Kuchipudi dance performance on Saturday, February 24th at the Sri Sai Narayana temple in Manakin Sabot, VA from 4 to 6 PM

Event is free and open to the public. Please come out and encourage these talents.

ICAPS is marching towards bringing this one of a kind event, for the music and dance lovers of Richmond metro area.


Varnams and Thillanas are an integral part of dance and music presentations, in South Indian artforms. 

Teachers of local dance and music schools are requested to enthusiastically participate, by showcasing their students to perform, under either category.
